Singapore Budget 2015 will invest in infrastructure to meet our future economic and social needs. The Government will:
- Embark on the development of Changi Airport’s new terminal, Terminal 5, to keep its place as a leading hub for international transit
- Improve our public transport
- Develop our heartlands into vibrant homes and communities
- Expand every dimension of our healthcare system
